Payment Options
We currently accept payment via credit/debit card invoice or cryptocurrency (with 10% off). The invoice will be emailed to you from our parent company alongside the order number.
Shipping
We ship internationally to all countries except China. That includes the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. All products are dispatched direct from the manufacturer in China for a flat fee of USD $30 or free on orders over USD $300.
Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks, with orders dispatched within 1-4 business days, depending on your location. We will email you a tracking number once the order is shipped, but it can take a few days for it to progress. We ship via USPS, Australia Post, and other national postal services for your given country.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at [email protected]. Due to the nature of our agreement with manufacturers, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once the order has been shipped.
Customs clearance is the sole responsibility of the purchaser; all orders are shipped discretely.
