Payment Options
All prices are in US dollars ($USD). We currently accept payment via cryptocurrency and credit/debit card.
Cryptocurrency (10% discount). We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC (Ethereum / ERC-20), and Tether USDT (Ethereum / ERC-20). If paying with USDC or Tether, be sure to send over the ETH network.
Credit Card (2% fee). We accept all standard credit and debit cards. Credit card payments are processed through our secure partner. On occasion, due to high demand or routine processing limits, card payments may be temporarily unavailable. In those cases, please use crypto payment or try again a day later.

- USA Orders: FedEx Shipping $50 or free over $750 (7-10 Days)
- Worldwide Orders: Standard Shipping $25 or free over $400 (5-14 Days)
We ship internationally to most places, including the US, Canada, UK & Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Thailand.
We don’t ship to countries with strict customs regulations or remote locations, such as South Korea, Brazil, China, Indonesia, small island nations like Samoa, and most Middle Eastern countries (except the UAE).
Note that we can’t ship to PO boxes. If you use one for your order, we’ll ask you for an alternative address.. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your country, please email us at info@edgepeptides.com.
Shipments are dispatched directly from the manufacturer in China. Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days, after which we’ll email you a tracking number. Keep in mind that for some countries, it can take up to a week for the tracking to show progress, especially before the parcel is picked up by your national postal service.
Estimated Shipping Times
We ship via national postal services for your given country, as well as private couriers (mainly FedEx and DHL). The estimated shipping times for specific countries are:
- USA: 7-10 days via FedEx
- Canada: 6-9 days via FedEx/DHL
- United Kingdom: 4-12 days via FedEx/Royal Mail
- Australia: 4-12 days via FedEx/6-12 Australia Post
- New Zealand: 7-14 days via FedEx
- Thailand: 6-14 days
Note that these estimates are from the date the order is shipped, NOT from the date you placed the order. Also, shipping to more remote countries or those with stricter customs can take longer than 14 days. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery time for your specific country.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at info@edgepeptides.com. Due to the nature of our agreement with manufacturers, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once the order has been shipped. Customs clearance is the sole responsibility of the buyer; all orders are shipped discreetly.
*In the rare occurrence that customs seize your order, we will reship it for free. The only exception is high-risk countries with very strict customs, in which case we will let you know that we can’t reship the package and confirm if you still want to order.
Order Processing & Tracking Updates
Please note that orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed. Additionally, if one of the products you ordered is out of stock, it may take us longer to fulfill your order.
If the order is shipped via USPS or another national courier for your country, the tracking can take up to a week to show movement updates (time needed for the package to enter your country and get picked up). Meanwhile, if the order is shipped via a private courier like FedEx or DHL, tracking updates will typically start showing within a day or two.
