Edgepeptides.com reserves the right to restrict or refuse sales to individuals who are deemed unqualified. All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our products. Under no circumstances shall edgepeptides.com be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether the purchaser’s claim is based in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. By purchasing any product, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities arising from the handling, possession, or use of the product, whether used alone or with other substances. Any sale will be denied if these conditions are not met.
Product Use
Our products are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes and are not designed for human or animal use, application, or consumption in any form. These substances are not medications and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All products are intended for use exclusively by qualified and properly trained research or laboratory professionals. By purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges the potential risks associated with their use, handling, or distribution.
Edgepeptides.com assumes that the researcher is already knowledgeable about the products being purchased. We do not offer any guidelines or recommendations concerning the reconstitution of peptides or their application in your research. If you request such information, we will respond with a refusal to provide guidelines. Please ensure you are fully familiar with the products and their intended research purposes before making a purchase.
Shipping Issues
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other third-party couriers), we are no longer responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates based on normal conditions and not guaranteed.
Edgepeptides.com shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to delays from backorders, shipping delays, customs hold-ups, lost shipments, or packages that have been delivered to the wrong dwelling. Edgepeptides.com is not obligated to inform the customer of such delays.
Reship Policy
If your order is held up by customs, we will reship it again free of charge. We will let you know if your package is seized and send you a new tracking number as soon as possible. Typically, we consider the package seized when there haven’t been any tracking updates for 2+ weeks, or the tracking information states something about a customs seizure or the package being sent back to us. Please note that if your order is signed for and marked as delivered by DHL or FedEx, we will not reship it and count it as a delivered order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We currently handle the duties charges for US orders imposed by President Trump, so you don’t need to worry about paying anything extra.
However, orders shipped to some other countries, such as Canada, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Delays due to customs clearance are also not our responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
We don’t accept returns or refunds due to the difficulty of shipping peptides. However, you can cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t been shipped out yet. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be refunded. If your order arrives with incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please email us with photos and a video of the problem. We will investigate and send you a replacement/additional package. We also have a separate policy for customers who choose to send our products for third-party testing (see below).
Third-Party Testing Refund
Most of our peptides are guaranteed to be ≥99% purity (with some exceptions, such as NAD+). While we maintain strict quality standards, minor degradation (1–2%) during transit is normal, especially with longer delivery times or shipments to hotter climates. If you choose to send our products for third-party testing (e.g., Janoshik, Chromate, or other reputable labs), and the results show a purity below 98%, we will issue a full refund for the tested product.
The reason we use 98% as the cutoff is that minor degradation can occur during delivery, especially due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Exceptions
- Products not marketed as 99% purity (e.g., NAD+) will have different cutoffs (e.g., below 94% for NAD+).
- Products delayed over 3 weeks in transit or left outside for more than a week are excluded from this policy.
Required Documentation:
To verify the legitimacy of the test and prevent fraudulent claims, you must provide:
- A copy of the official test results from a reputable laboratory.
- The test report must clearly include our company name (e.g., “Manufacturer: Edge Peptides”).
- A photo of the actual vial tested which matches the photo on the test (most labs add a photo of the tested vial to their report).
- Proof of payment to the testing laboratory.
If the provided documentation meets the above requirements, a full refund will be processed promptly.
Product Representation
Product images on our website feature branded labels for illustration purposes only. Unless otherwise stated, products are shipped in plain/wholesale packaging (with example photos of what the actual vials and plastic containers look like shown on each product page). We are not responsible for customer dissatisfaction due to packaging differences if the product itself remains accurate and consistent.
Complete Agreement
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate “legal notice” on this site, these Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and this site regarding the use of the site and its content. By clicking “I agree” when placing your order, you confirm your acceptance of all of our Terms and Conditions, as well as our Shipping and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not make a purchase from us.
